Clarkes Dairy is a family run firm, with the third generation now ‘at the helm’ and continuing to provide the same personal and high quality service which has been a hallmark of the company for over eighty years.

Expanding from being a ‘doorstep’ delivery company operating in Bishops Waltham and the surrounding area we are now delivering to over 300 customers in Hampshire & West Sussex, in a broad range of catering establishments including wholesalers, Michelin starred restaurants, hotels, nursing homes, NHS facilities, local authorities and retailers.

We have built our business, and continue to grow it, using the simple, but often overlooked formula these days, of quality service allied to quality products.

From Humble Beginnings. 

The Clarkes Dairy family have a big history in the supply of milk. Back in the early 20th century. Clarkes Dairy was once called Butts Farm Dairy. Butts Farm Dairy was a little shop in Bishops Waltham that would serve the local community with Milk, Butter & Cream. Butts Farm Dairy soon started delivering milk to the houses in and around the Bishops Waltham area. The development of electric milk floats making this easier. Clarkes Dairy's has come a long way since the days of milk floats. Unfortunately, we do not deliver to doorsteps anymore but still serve the local shops, cafes, pubs, and restaurants with dairy products. Clarkes Dairy is still run by the same family to this day and our depot is only 2 miles away from the original shop.
